The team
The Corporate Sales team is focused on the Global Domination of corporate companies. Our approach is to maximize our existing relationships with customers, retaining them through delivering excellence, and a huge focus on growing these accounts. Our new business growth focus is threefold: 

Cross-selling to our existing customers with multiple products and solving multiple challenges for them 
New business with other departments, countries, and regions for global domination 
New business with new organizations from leads we have met at events, hunted, visited our website 

Our interdependent teams work together to have the right people doing the right productive tasks. We ensure meaningful contact with our customers quarterly, so Interprefy remains top of mind, and we are a company's first choice for their multi-lingual needs. We have a sales cycle, not a line, and are constantly looking at how we add value strategically to our customers for us to be in a mutually beneficial business relationship.
The Role- key responsibilities
Business Development Executive (BDE) plays a crucial role in the growth and success of a company by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and contributing to overall revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:
  • Proactively identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, inbound lead qualification, tailored email communication, and utilising marketing assets and market research.
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Booking meetings for BDMs and opening doors within organisations.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and requirements to tailor solutions and services that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the company's offerings.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Contribute to the development of market expansion strategies and business plans.
Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development progress.
  • Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
  • CRM management.

Key experiences and competencies
The right candidate must be able to demonstrate they have or closely match the following skills, experiences, and competencies:
  • Sales experience either in the IT industry or events/LSP industry
  • English language C1 level or higher
  • Secondary language preferred
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Passionate about technology and communication
  • Well-organized, accustomed to self-management
  • Ability to keep excellent level of performance even when working on tight deadlines
  • Highly goal-oriented
  • Able to work autonomously planning and carrying out your work on your own
  • Problem solver
  • Previous experience of cold calling
  • Previous experience using LinkedIn for networking
