The Corporate Sales team is focused on the Global Domination of corporate companies. Our approach is to maximize our existing relationships with customers, retaining them through delivering excellence, and a huge focus on growing these accounts. 

This role is part of the Strategic Partnership sales pillar within Interprefy's broader sales team. This team is dedicated to building and nurturing relationships with audio-visual providers and platform partners to drive the adoption and integration of Interprefy’s solutions into their services.
The Role- key responsibilities
As a Partner Sales Manager – Event Platform Partners, you will drive the growth and success of Interprefy’s referral and reseller channel by managing strategic partnerships with event platform companies. This is a high-impact role, pivotal to Interprefy’s ambitious growth plans for 2025 and beyond.
You will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships, driving revenue through partners, enabling their sales teams, and engaging in strategic discussions at the C-level to position Interprefy as the go-to multilingual communication partner.
  • Partner Management: Build, maintain, and strengthen strategic relationships with platform partners to maximize revenue opportunities and drive mutual success. Transition from a technology partner to a commercial partner.
  • Channel Sales Enablement: Train and enable partner sales teams to effectively position and sell Interprefy solutions. Develop and deliver tailored training programs, resources, and playbooks.
  • Strategic Growth: Identify new opportunities for collaboration with platform partners to drive growth. Act as a trusted advisor to partners by understanding their business goals and aligning Interprefy solutions.
  • C-Level Engagement: Engage with senior executives at partner companies to explore strategic initiatives and position Interprefy as an integral part of their offering.
  • Sales Planning & Execution: Collaborate with the Global Head of Corporate Sales and Strategic Partnerships to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the referral and reseller channel.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on partner performance and channel sales metrics. Use data-driven insights to optimize partner programs and revenue streams.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment in messaging, product updates, and go-to-market strategies.
Key experiences and competencies
  • Experience:
    • Proven track record in channel/partner sales management, preferably with referral and reseller models.
    • Experience working for or selling to event platform companies.
  • Sales Enablement: Demonstrated ability to train and enable sales teams, including developing training materials and delivering impactful sessions.
  • C-Level Engagement: Strong experience engaging in strategic discussions with senior executives, with the ability to influence and drive decision-making.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-Oriented: A self-starter with a proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets through channel partnerships.
  • Knowledge of Technology Platforms: Familiarity with SaaS, virtual event platforms, and unified communication technologies.
  • Ability to leverage data: able to collate and utilise data.
