The team
Interprefy Corporate Sales team is focused on the Global Domination of corporate companies. Our approach is to maximize our existing relationships with customers, retaining them through delivering excellence, and a huge focus on growing these accounts. Our new business growth focus is threefold: 

  • Cross-selling to our existing customers with multiple products and solving multiple challenges for them 
  • New business with other departments, countries, and regions for global domination 
  • New business with new organizations from leads we have met at events, hunted, visited our website 
Our interdependent teams work together to have the right people doing the right productive tasks. We ensure meaningful contact with our customers quarterly, so Interprefy remains top of mind, and we are a company's first choice for their multi-lingual needs. We have a sales cycle, not a line, and are constantly looking at how we add value strategically to our customers for us to be in a mutually beneficial business relationship.
The Role- key responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager (BDM) at Interprefy, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, building strategic relationships, and closing high-value sales with global organizations. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and ensuring long-term business success.

Your key responsibilities will include:


New Business & Lead Generation
  • Identify, target, and engage global corporate clients in our key markets.
  • Generate new leads through networking, outbound prospecting, and collaboration with SDRs & marketing.
  • Leverage LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and CRM tools to track opportunities.
  • Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to connect with decision-makers.
Sales & Relationship Management
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Present and demo Interprefy’s technology-driven multilingual solutions to potential clients.
  • Drive consultative sales, tailoring solutions to client needs and industry-specific challenges.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals while ensuring seamless handovers to the operations team.
Client & Event Support
  • Provide pre-event consultation, collecting relevant materials to ensure a smooth service experience.
  • Offer post-event support, gathering insights and materials for marketing and follow-ups.
  • Ensure a flawless customer experience by coordinating internally with delivery teams.
Strategic Account Growth
  • Expand business within existing enterprise accounts by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure long-term client success and retention.
  • Use CRM to track opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and maintain accurate reporting.
Key experiences and competencies
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with:

Proven Experience & Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or enterprise account management.
  • Background in IT, SaaS, Events, or LSP industries (strong plus).
  • Experience selling to global organizations and working with multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Track record of closing high-value sales at C-suite level.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Sales & Communication Excellence
  • Fluent in English (C1+); an additional language is a plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A passion for cold outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.

  • A hunter mentality – loves the thrill of winning new business.
  • Highly goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to work autonomously.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
