Promote and sell Interprefy’s services to institutional clients across target markets.
Manage and convert inbound leads into closed deals.
Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Conduct tailored product demonstrations, clearly communicating our value proposition.
Work closely with Project Managers and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Upsell and cross-sell to existing accounts by understanding evolving client needs.
Use CRM tools (HubSpot) to track leads, update records, and monitor sales activities.
Leverage tools such as LinkedIn and ZoomInfo to support lead qualification and research.
Share client feedback with internal teams to support continuous improvement.
Fluent in English (C1+), both written and spoken.
Experience working with global or international organisations.
Proven ability to close high-value B2B deals, including with senior stakeholders.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly organised and self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
Passion for technology, communication, and making a difference.
Experience selling into institutional or public sector clients.
Additional language skills.
Familiarity with SaaS, multilingual communication tools, or virtual event platforms.
A confident communicator and natural relationship builder.
A strong listener who can tailor messaging to different audiences.

We are on a mission to connect the world in their own language, ultimately aiming to remove all language barriers that stand in the way of successfully meeting globally. We partner with over 60 meeting platforms to bring our multilingual meeting expertise to their clients and work closely with leading Language Service Providers to source the right language talent for even the rarest language combinations.
Our global team has already supported over 50,000 multilingual meetings all over the world for a large range of clients, including the White House, UEFA, Google, or GlaxoSmithKline. Wherever people meet, we can interprefy their meeting - we've even connected an astronaut on the International Space Station ISS to a World Expo.

We've rapidly grown from a small Zurich-based startup to a leading solutions provider in multilingual meetings since 2015.
